Complaint
Procedure
Complaints over any issue other than a protest should
be handled as follows:
1. Complete
the INTERLOCK. Complaint Form. Write
clearly the complaint and give your solution to the problem if
possible. Be sure to include your
name, phone number and address.
2. Deliver
your completed Complaint Form to your INTERLOCK CONVENOR within 24 hours..
3. The
INTERLOCK COMMITTEE. will review the complaint via email &
reply back to the complainant within 48 hours.
(If required, an emergency INTERLOCK COMMITTEE. meeting will be called to
deal with the complaint.)
4.
The complainant must be
available to attend the complaint meeting ,
to assist in the implementation of a solution(s), as required.
